For many years I have been passionate about counselling as a way of helping people deal with the stresses and strains of normal daily life. I have found counselling to be generally helpful for most people for many issues, but in the past I was not always entirely comfortable that I had helped the client get to a better place in their life.
THEN I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques
AND THE DIFFERENCE AMAZED ME!!
My clients now learn a very effective tool with which they can rapidly and effectively control their own negative emotions rather than be controlled by those emotions.
Clients who have experienced terrible trauma (including war trauma and rape) are able to deal with the emotions and physical reactions caused by that trauma to a level where they are now able to talk about it as if it happened to someone else.
For anyone who has experienced psychological trauma, or indeed for counsellors and therapists who work with these survivors, this experience of healing by Emotional Freedom Techniques is absolutely amazing. It goes beyond any other form of healing that I have ever experienced, either personally or with my clients.

Workshops are held regularly throughout the year in Cairns and could be held in other regions if there is enough need.
